Returns
Return Cost
For returns due to damage during shipping or incorrect items received, Mermaid For You will cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns initiated for reasons other than damage or incorrect items, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. At Mermaid For You, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect items, please contact us at info@mermaidforyou.ca within 5 days of the delivery date. We will gladly replace any damaged items at no additional cost to you. Please note that all sales are final, and returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect items are not accepted after the 5-day period.
