I’ve placed my order, what happens next?

How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?
After placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days for us to fulfill and ship your order. What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mermaidforyou.ca with your order number and the correct shipping address. We will do our best to update your shipping information before your order is processed and shipped. However, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to see if they can reroute the package.
Can I cancel my order?
